Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
